The Base Fare per ticket is Rs 699/- one way and Rs 1398/- Both Way.

Yatri possessing an e-ticket must carry valid proof of identification such as a passport, PAN card, voter ID card, driving license for verification of the booking.

Online booking closes 2 days prior to the date of yatra.

If you have booked your tickets on the website www.maavaishnodevi.org then:-

** In case of any error message during transaction, please check the status of your transaction by Re-login on the home/index page and click on Check Transaction Status, before making any new transaction.

** If you have received a "Trace ID number" , then you have to read or treat it as your "PNR Number" and can refer the same for your travel.

** Once you have your Trace ID you should wait for next 48 Hours to get a mail for your e ticket on the email ID registered by you while creating your Devotee Login ID.

** If you are facing any problems related to your fund transaction for any payment related issues you can write to E-mail: helpdesk@maavaishnodevi.org and online@maavaishnodevi.org

** Refunds in respect of failure transactions on Shrine Board's Website shall be done by the Shrine Board.

Passengers are requested to report at the departure heliport one hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the PTD. Passengers reporting beyond these timings shall be treated as NO SHOW passengers and the Operator reserves the right to allot the seat to other passengers.
